Yes, it's for Symbian phones. You can subscribe for MTN's 10MB bundle at the rate of N100/day, at least before we fish out another tweak.

Have you been using any other Oper Mini with it before? If yes, keep trying. It might be network. Or better, try download Opera Mini 5.2 Rebirth.
